Marinated Seafood Kabobs
On a long skewer, use your choice of Shrimp, Scallops, or a solid fillet of Fish and alternate with the same ingredients as the Chicken kabobs. Marinate in Creamy Sicilian or Mediterranean Garlic Marinade. Slow barbecue with lid in closed position. Lip smacking good!!!

Fillet of Fish
Take your favorite Fish fillet, dampen with water and sprinkle with Steakhouse Rotisserie & Grill, Lemon Pepper, or Santa Maria and bake or cook in aluminum foil. It’s better than the Seafood restaurants!

Marinated Fish Fillet
This is a delicious odorless Fish entrée. Take your favorite Fish fillet and lay it on a double layer of aluminum foil, use 2 tablespoons of either Mediterranean Garlic Marinade or Creamy Sicilian and seal it up tight. For that special Mediterranean touch add a teaspoon of capers before closing. Cook in the oven or on the barbecue. Mouth Watering!

Blackened Fish
For blackened Fish, season with Jezebel Spicy Spice. A heavy black skillet, a dab of butter and Fish blackened with Jezebel and quick-fried. A taste you will not soon forget!!!
