• Marinated Lamb Kabobs
Alternate chunks of Lamb on a skewer with Lemon wedges, decorative green or red Bell Pepper and small Cherry Tomatoes for color. Marinate with Creamy Sicilian overnight to draw in the delicious Garlic, Lemon and Herb flavor. Serve over Rice.

Marinate Lamb Roast or Chops overnight in a zipper-type bag with the air squeezed out, using enough Mediterranean Garlic Marinade to coat. Roast in a pan large enough to include chunks of Potatoes and your favorite Vegetables. Mediterranean Magic!
• Santa Maria Lamb Shanks
Prepare Lamb Shanks by coating with Santa Maria Style Seasoning. Flour them and quickly braise them with a little cooking Oil to seal in the juices. Remove Oil from the pan and add a little water. Cover and cook slowly until tender. Add Potatoes and Carrots towards the end of cooking to round out the meal. Simple, quick, easy and delish!
